Since 1992, and thus for well over 30 years, we have specialized in renting all types of timpani to touring classical orchestras from all over the world. For this reason, our timpani are perfectly and safely packaged in custom-made Preissler timpani flight cases, based on our many years of experience.

Like all our orchestral instruments, all timpani can be used not only for concerts in Berlin and the surrounding state of Brandenburg. For major concert tours/orchestra travels of international orchestras within Germany and Europe, the instruments can also be rented for transport by orchestra truck or air freight. No matter if Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, Dresden, or Prague, Paris, Barcelona and Amsterdam.

Under certain conditions, you can even rent our timpani for worldwide tours.

Timpani for international / American setup

Our special service for all incoming orchestras to Germany and Europe from abroad: With us you can hire timpani for international/American setup. From the player’s perspective, this allows the usual international setup with the lowest timpani on the left and the highest timpani on the right. Also the tuning gauges on these timpani sets are mounted precisely for this setup.

Attention, very important to know: In Germany, Austria and parts of Europe, it is exactly the other way around. The pitch increases from left to right and this is how the timpani are positioned. For international timpanists who have no experience with it, it can become an insoluble problem.
