  • Experienced transport staff will transport the orchestral instruments rented from us safely and securely to any desired venue in Berlin, Germany, and Europe.
  • We also transport all of the orchestra’s own instruments, all orchestra accessories and the orchestra’s wardrobe boxes (tailcoat boxes). Should you not own wardrobe boxes or be unable to bring your own, you are welcome to rent them from us.
  • Our specially trained stage service team and stage managers / stage hands for professional set-up and dismantling on the stages on site accompany your entire concert tour / orchestra tour.

For a concert tour or orchestra travel from the European Union to Switzerland, through Switzerland, or to other countries outside the European Union, we are happy to handle the import and export permits for all musical instruments and orchestral accessories. With our special ATA Carnet Service, we handle all necessary customs formalities for you. Of course, this also applies to your own instruments, which we carry in our trucks.

Several trucks specially converted for orchestra transport, ranging in weight from 3.5 to 18 tons, are available for large orchestra transports. Each vehicle features air suspension, an air-conditioned loading area, and a hydraulic tail lift.

We can also deploy several special semi-trailer trucks with an interior height of up to 3.05 metres, an interior width of 2.48 metres, and an interior length of 13.60 metres for all orchestra transports in Berlin and Brandenburg as well as in Germany and throughout Europe.

We save the nature! For environmental reasons we only drive the latest transport trucks of the European emission class EURO 6 and 6d.
