E-piano rental Berlin – Digital piano and digital grand piano for events & concerts

We rent out well-maintained electric pianos and digital grand pianos for rehearsals and concerts, corporate events, photo shoots, and TV and photo productions. Our rental instruments are also very popular with our customers for private occasions such as birthdays, weddings, and funerals.

In short, we rent electric pianos/digital pianos and digital grand pianos for all kinds of events, but not for private use or lessons.

Our digital pianos / e-pianos

We rent out digital electric pianos from YAMAHA (Clavinova), ROLAND (HP series) and KORG. In terms of sound and feel an digital electric piano is the best alternative to the normal acoustic piano. Of course, this depends on the quality of the respective digital piano model. Each of our new digital electric pianos has a weighted hammer keyboard with a full range of 88 keys, high-quality speakers and 3 pedals. It is therefore ideally equipped.

For transport, the digital piano is packed in a PREISSLER flight case. These digital pianos are not suitable for self-transport. We recommend using our reliable transport service and stage service.

Digital grand piano rental for concerts and events

You can hire new digital grand pianos from our instrument rental. We have the current digital grand pianos from YAMAHA in our rental portfolio. You will experience the real sounds of the famous Yamaha CFX and Bösendorfer Imperial concert grand pianos. Our space-saving digital grand pianos are laquered in high-gloss black and packed in a special, custom-made PREISSLER grand piano flight case.

For easier maneuvering on stage, each digital grand piano can be supplied with professional grand piano castors / spiders upon request. Due to its size and weight of 250 kg including flight case, transport is only possible by qualified personnel. We will be happy to take care of the transport and the ready-to-play setup on site for you.

Rent only certified instruments – for your safety

For your safety, our electric pianos and digital grand pianos always have a current DGUV (German Social Accident Insurance) inspection sticker and the corresponding inspection report. They are inspected annually by an authorized specialist company. This ensures our pianos are safe for use on any stage in Germany.

Important to know: Operating electric pianos without regular DGUV inspection and the corresponding documentation is prohibited on any stage in Germany and is even a criminal offense. For your safety and the safety of the audience: Check that every rented instrument has a valid inspection sticker before placing it on stage.

Accessories for our pianos

As accessories for e-piano and digital grand piano you can rent:

• Height-adjustable piano benches from BLUETHNER, BECHSTEIN, KOENIG&MEYER, or STEINWAY.
• Professional grand piano castors / spiders from JAHN.
• If the size of the room on site makes it necessary, you can additionally rent suitable amplifiers / keyboard combos from our Backline section.

E-piano and digital grand piano for film & TV productions
