Our special rental service for all classical musicians on tour:
- We hire everything an orchestra or soloist will ever need on stage.
- With us, you obtain all your rental items and transport services from a single source, and always have a designated contact person for your entire project.
- Our orchestra instruments and other rental items are insured for the entire hire period in accordance with our terms and conditions.
- For orchestra travels or concert tours outside Germany or Europe, our wooden instruments, including strings, woodwind and percussion, have the official permits from the German Federal Agency for Nature Conservation. This allows the export and re-import of musical instruments made of protected wood species in accordance with the international CITES Convention.
- We transport the orchestra instruments and accessories we hire out. On request we can also carry own orchestra instruments, using our specially equipped tour trucks.
- Our experienced stage service team, comprising orchestra attendants, stage managers and stage assistants, handles the entire stage set-up and dismantling process. They will take care of your complete concert tour. Day and night - at any time!
- Your safety is very important to us! So all our electric-powered hire items and musical instruments are regularly inspected in accordance with the statutory German DGUV Vorschrift 3 - accident prevention regulations. They come with an up-to-date inspection sticker and the relevant inspection reports.
- Our hire instruments and other rental items are always clean and perfectly maintained.
- Protection against COVID-19 infection: Before and after each rental, all of our musical instruments and other rental objects are disinfected against viruses and bacteria.
